We DO NOT CHARGE sales tax. However, California customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax calculated at checkout.
Prices on the site:
The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders. Prices,
inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales
to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic
errors on the site including any that may or may not involve merchandise pricing or quantity.
Shipping:
WE CANNOT AFFORD TO OFFER FREE SHIPPING. Military Orders to APO & FPO, PO Box, AK/HI, US protectorates, oversized/heavy item orders ARE NOT FREE! The cart may not calculate the correct shipping costs, in which case we must manually calculate the shipping costs and contact you via email or phone for your confirmation AND approval of the shipping costs BEFORE your order ships. All orders in the continental US generally ship UPS, but at our discretion, we may ship through alternate carriers. Orders going outside of the US will usually ship USPS.
PRICE GUARANTEE in simple terms -
It means we'll do our best to compete...If the customer has already purchased the item from us - we'll credit that person the difference if it is within 30 days of your sale etc. There is no guarantee we can sell you an item for less then everyone else-We do our best to compete and if you found a deal you want us to match- we guarantee we can try.
Most of our prices are the lowest we know of. Prices and quantities fluctuate within the industry- some companies have greater buying power but more overhead. Some warehouses and stores and companies have been around for so long that they bought certain items for less...They paid less then we did for the same items. Outside of that we can usually match or beat an offered price from any other web site that sells these items to the public with no registration or minimums with respect to quantities, totals, freight or shipping.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original and unused condition, for any reason, for 30 days after your purchase date. We will gladly issue a gift certificate covering the value of your return that may be used to purchase any item(s), or we will issue you a full refund, MINUS a 10% restocking fee. This 10% restocking fee also applies to all cancelled orders initiated by the customer. We will also refund the shipping if we are directly responsible for a shipping error such as sending the wrong merchandise or where we find and agree it to be applicable. Otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable 1.) Print and complete the Return/Exchange form below. 2.) Include with the merchandise you are returning. 1. Returns will be honored only if reported within 30 days after receipt.
2. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges over 30 days after receipt.
3. Returns must be in new condition in original box including all product information and warranty cards.
4. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
5. Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
6. Special orders are non-returnable.
7. Report to carrier any boxes that are damaged within 72 hours.

Buyer has 30 days to alert AWN of any concerns, issues or mistakes with regard to shipped material.
Buyer and seller agree to investigate each situation regarding returns with complete and full disclosure in accordance with this and company policy before issuing any refunds, gift certificates etc.
