Hidden away inside the Tetrafauna Decorative ReptoFilter Waterfall is an integrated 3-stage Whisper filtration system that pumps 90 gallons per hour.
The Tetrafauna Decorative ReptoFilter Waterfall moves water from the terrarium through nine concealed intake holes and pulls it through two Bio-Bag filter cartridges where dense, dual-sided mesh catches debris and waste. Ultra-activated carbon inside the Bio-Bag cartridges removes odors and discoloration.
Water exits the top of the Tetrafauna Decorative ReptoFilter Waterfall to create a waterfall. The action of the water cascading over the rocks provides ideal conditions for bacteria to break down ammonia and nitrites in the water. Cover keeps animals out of the filtration area and provides an ideal basking area.
Waterfall is made from a strong polyresin plastic. Submersible pump is rated at 90 GPH, 115 Volt, 60 Hertz, 4-Watt operation. Approximately 9-1/4” x 8-3/4” x 8-1/4” tall. Water level must be between 3-3/4” and 5-3/4” deep.
