How do I keep RABBITS OUT OF MY GARDEN?!-

Fixit: Fencing protects garden from hungry bunnies
Q.How do I keep rabbits out of my garden?
A. Fences are probably the best way to keep rabbits from damaging your garden. Rabbit-proof fences may not be aesthetically pleasing, but they are effective.
In Minnesota, a homeowner can kill cottontail rabbits (or squirrels, for that matter) on their property at any time of the year if the animals are doing damage and need to be controlled. That is permitted outside of the normal hunting seasons and without a special permit.
Live trapping and transporting the animals to another location is not a good solution because it merely transfers the problem to others.
